Our Motto
Our motto is ‘Real Cars, Real Torque, Real Fun’. This one phrase captures what our community and indeed the scene is all about, and is a creed that’s at the centre of our website.
Righting Wrongs
The public has been led to believe that burnouts happen at the ends of streets in the middle of the night and in quiet industrial estates but this is not the case – a true enthusiast respects that burnouts belong off the street and on the pad; a true enthusiast doesn’t get their kicks disrupting a neighbourhood, they’d rather see a grandstand full of people on their feet cheering.
One of our main goals is to lead by example and bestow in younger drivers messages of safe driving, and promote the responsible operation of a vehicle. Inside you’ll find advice on how to make your vehicle safer and more reliable, as well as information on organised events that will help you become more competent behind the wheel.
Charitable Aid
The BurnoutMasters community is not solely a performance forum. To shake the negative image cast upon us we have taken on the Kidney Foundation as our charity of choice and regularly organise events to benefit the charity. Our connection with the Kidney Foundation goes deeper than charitable donations though, with some of our members having received kidney transplants. We’d like to think that with our help and support the charity can continue their great work.
Summary
We’d like to think that what we’re promoting through BurnoutMasters is a culture of safe and most importantly legal burnouts in an effort to change the public opinion of, and foster the popularity of our sport. Through doing this we can pave the way for the Burnout Masters of the future and encourage them to keep the action to the track, and on the side do our bit for a very worthy cause.
